When to Use Pre-Workout

Simply mix 3 scoops (20g) with 200-250ml of water in a MaxiNutrition Shaker 30-40 minutes before exercise to boost your performance. MaxiNutrition Pre-Workout also contains high levels of caffeine so avoid taking after 4pm.
