Battle rope exercises

Toby Rowland, cover model, founder of TQR Training and Maximuscle PT, has created this battle rope workout. With 2 circuits to help you fight off a plateau in your training!

The Workout - Circuit 1 (x3 sets)

  1. Single arm waves x20 seconds
  2. In and out waves x20 seconds
  3. Hip toss x 20 reps
  4. Double arm waves x20 seconds

The Workout - Circuit 2 (x3 sets)

  1. Power slams x20 seconds
  2. Burpee waves x 20 seconds
  3. Press up 1-10 x 5 seconds waves in between each set of press ups
