Chocolate Protein Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 medium bananas, mashed
- 2 scoops Maximuscle Max Whey Chocolate
- 170g whole-wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 egg whites
- 6g stevia
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 150ml water
- 30g chopped pecans
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4
- Add the flour, protein powder, baking powder, stevia and cinnamon into a large bowl and mix
- Add the egg whites, water, bananas and mix
- Combine the pecans into the mixture
- Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf tin
- Bake for 40-50 mins
