I do about 10 Marathons a year including the Forces March which is 5 Marathons in 5 days. Ive tried most makes of gels with differing results. Having taken viper as an energy drink i decided to try the Viper Boost gels while doing my weekly 20 mile runs. All i can say is fantastic. I take one before i start and another at half way and have found they definately work for me. Have yet to try them in Marathons yet but will try taking one before the start then normal Viper gels every half an hour then another boost at 20 miles. Dont want to take more than two because of the caffine content. Definately recommended.
