Dear Maximuscle,
For 12 years I was a professional golfer and although fairly fit and flexible I weighed just under 12 stone. Since retiring from competitive sport some 4 years ago I now have the time to train at the gym regularly, indeed 3 to 4 weight training sessions has become my routine. A while back a fellow gym user lent me a copy of Zefs Natural Training That Works and put me in touch with Maximuscle products. I recently have placed an order for the revised edition, and look forward to reading it.
I am sure that my first 12 months in the gym were probably no where near as productive as they could have been, and my gains were not brilliant. But man how glad am I that I persisted.
Recently I have been using Creatamax Extreme and really found that it gave my energy levels a terrific boost, plus I have been using regular supplies of Promax and Progain . At present my weight is at 13 stone 12 pounds for 6 foot 3 inches.
These days I hit a golf ball much further than I ever have done and enjoy my training with enthusiasm. I have passed on my training tips to many young golfers.
