Basically I just wanted to say what a good job everyone is doing down there and what an inspiration your team is. I first started training when I was about fourteen, my next door neighbour had a bench so I would go round and do some bench presses. After a few weeks of that I told my dad I wanted to start going to a gym but the one I was a member of was one of them fancy places where people just go there to have a chat (mostly old people) and because I was not eighteen I was not allowed to do the weights, you can imagine the frustration I had.
After a few weeks of moaning to my dad about going to a gym he took me to one he had trained at when he was younger, it was GREAT, a proper kick ass gym I loved going, but because it was so far I couldn't go very often but I did what I could with some dumbbells at home. Then I saw an article advertising Maximuscle's Creatamax Extreme, at first I thought it was too expensive but I decided to save up for it.
When I had enough money I changed my mind and got myself some Viper and some Cyclone, the Viper was great and gave me lots of energy but to be honest I did not notice a difference with the Cyclone, but when I look back, I think my training routine was shit!
Then I wised up and instead of buying more supplements I bought your book Natural training that works. WOW! What an eye opener, the best fifteen quid I ever spent. I started to eat the right foods and stick to the training routines in it and boy did I make results. I have recently just celebrated my sixteenth birthday and with the money I have I am going to buy a beast of a stack.
I now have a bench of my own and to be honest I prefer training at home, no distractions just intense training and pumping music, and it must be paying off because I have a class physique, at just sixteen I show up 98% of the guys in the local gym and I owe it to you and your team.
