Body of 2010 Winners revealed

Q&A's with David Feldmar

Congratulations to David Feldmar for proving that turning 40 can be just the beginning on the road to getting fit, muscular and healthy. Our Inspire Us winner totally wowed us by shedding an amazing amount of flab to sculpt a physique that’s guaranteed to make any guy hit the gym with a vengeance in 2011.

"I have always been keen on sport but unfortunately I’m very keen on food too! For many years they balanced each other out, but when I took over a new veterinary practice I found myself working very long days and being on call every night and every weekend. The net result was less energy and less time to workout and I piled on the flab to reach 120kg in 2008."

"Luckily I was soon able to employ extra staff and became determined to get in the best shape of my life. I started avidly reading fitness magazines, hired a personal trainer and perhaps most importantly, I implemented a diet of frequent small high protein snacks, low fat meals and Promax Diet shakes. Eighteen months later I had shed 30lbs of fat and weighed in at 90kg with 7% body fat!"
