Terms & Conditions for T-Shirt Giveaway:

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Anyone directly connected with the prize draw, their agents and residents of Ireland are excluded.
• If you purchase a promotional tub of Cyclone, Promax, Promax Extreme, Progain, Progain Extreme, Promax Diet (any flavours) you can claim your free T-Shirt by sending in the claim form, attached to the tub in a stamped envelope with your name, address and where you bought the product to: Maximuscle Lions Promotion, SOS Direct Mail, Units 2-3, Sovereign Park, Laporte Way, Luton, LU4 8EL.
• Damaged, defective or photocopied claim forms will not be accepted.
• This offer is strictly subject to availability. T-Shirts will be distributed on a first-come first served basis.
• T-shirts will be sent out within 28 days of receipt of claim form.
• There will be only one T-shirt per customer.
• Proof of postage does not constitute proof of receipt. Maximuscle accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misplaced claim forms.
• The promotion is as stated and no cash alternative will be available.
• Maximuscle reserve the right to refuse to honour any application if it considers that there has been an abuse of the Promotion or any of its terms and conditions.
