Only one entry per household.
Competition expires on Wednesday 9th December and winner will be picked at random and notified by phone.
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Anyone directly connected with the prize draw, their agents and residents of Ireland are excluded.
The winner will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the training session.
