I first took this product when i was 17 first starting the gym and i was 8 stone i bought progain and had 2 aday before workout and after! After 1 week i gained 5 pounds!!! 4 weeks passed i gained 10 pounds after around 3 months i was 10 stone. Id never felt happier with myself, and this product! Iv tried endless amounts off different protein shakes and creatine and this is the only one i know that really works. I know its a little pricey but it really is one of the only products out there that work. I'm 21 now and 13 stone 8 pounds and its all from these products GREAT STUFF AND TASTES GREAT IN CHOCOLATE LOL!
