5th Article with Running Fitness Magazine
October's issue of Running Fitness Magazine includes the fifth article in the series written by
Lynn Clay. This month’s feature focuses on how to 'Become Stronger'. The two page article
(p. 42-43) offers tips and guidance on what sport nutritional products to use as you look
towards winter and begin to build on your strength base with strength training, so that you
can run faster the following year. The article goes into detail on your general diet and
talks about the importance of Protein. Lynn concludes: With the correct energy intake and
enough protein to repair the body’s tissues, performance will be optimised and recovery
improved making those long runs easier and helping your body to become stronger for the next
training year.
