4th Article with Running Fitness Magazine
August's issue of Running Fitness Magazine includes the fourth article in the series written
by Lynn Clay. This month's feature focuses on how to hydrate effectively in the heat.
The two-page article (pg. 58 & 59) offers tips and guidance on how to hydrate effectively
during hot weather, and how to adapt your training to ensure you're getting enough fluid,
carbohydrate, and electrolytes. Viper energy and recovery drink is featured at the bottom
of the article and Lynn mentions: "Containing all the required ingredients plus branch chain
amino acids to aid muscle recovery and reduce fatigue I would highly recommend this formula".
