Cyclone featured in Men's Fitness Magazine
In January's issue of Men's Fitness Magazine, they ran an article called 'Sport Physiques' looking at the various build and different training routines of a number of Sports people such as rugby players, athletes, triathletes, boxers etc and for the Rugby Player they interviewed Wasps and England Player, Richard Birkett who said the following when asked about his nutrition: To make sure he can train without losing weight, Birkett eats six or seven meals a day plus snacks. The intake includes supplements such as a Maximuscle Cyclone shake with Protein and Creatine, which he drinks immediately after a weights session, because he needs to rebuild.
