2012 New Muscle Bulk Up Challenge - Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions

1. The New Muscle Bulk Up Challenge 2012 and related offers are open only to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Maxinutrition Ltd, their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the promotion or customers who have previously registered.
2. The New Muscle Bulk Up Challenge 2012 and training tools are only open to people who purchase one of the two exclusive Challenge Packs directly from the maximuscle.com website or ordered via the telephone order line. Challenge Pack A consists of 3 tubs of Cyclone with 20% extra fill, a Maximuscle water bottle and an exclusive Limited Edition black Maximuscle shaker. Challenge Pack B consists of 3 x 1.2kg tubs of Cyclone, a black Maximuscle Vintage t-shirt, a Maximuscle gym holdall, a Maximuscle water bottle and an exclusive Limited Edition black Maximuscle shaker. The 20% extra free tubs are limited stock and are only available in certain flavours as displayed on the "choose pack" page
3. To qualify for the New Muscle Bulk Up Challenge 2012, you must register your details and place your order in accordance with the above requirements by no later than the 31st January 2012.
4. You will be required to complete your training and nutrition diary daily, accurately, truthfully and in full for the full course of the 30 day Challenge. Any failure to do so is recorded, and may result in you being ineligible for any subsequent refunds you may request.
5. In the unlikely event that having followed the plans in full that you do not feel the New Muscle Bulk Up Challenge 2012 increased your muscle size and strength, you have not recorded any gains, and you would like a refund, you will be required to send to us at your cost the following:
   Your original receipt/proof of purchase. Photo copies will not be accepted.
   Your Progress evaluation form from days 7, 14, 21 and 30 of your challenge
   The fully completed Return Authorisation Form located on the reverse of the invoice provided with your order
   Your 3 empty tubs of Cyclone and any other contents of the exclusive 2012 New Muscle Bulk Up Challenge pack.
6. All returns are conditional on you having used Cyclone as instructed on the label for 30 days in conjunction with a sensible training regime and high protein diet.
7. All returns must be received by end March 2012.
8. Please return any items directly to Maxinutrition Ltd, Unit 1, Horizon Point, Swallowdale Lane, Hemel Hempstead. HP2 7FZ. To confirm you will be responsible for the successful return of any items sent back and the costs of doing so, and we suggest that for safety you send the parcel back by recorded delivery or signed for service.
9. Refunds are only valid and will only be considered for processing for complete returns and invoices from www.maximuscle.com and/or our customer services team dated between 01st January 2012 and 31st March 2012, which clearly show a purchase and complete return of one of the two Challenge Packs.
10. A refund for the same amount as the price paid, as per supplied invoice, for the Challenge Pack (to the maximum value of £109.00) will be reimbursed to the card from which the product was purchased from within 28 days of receipt of claim.
11. Any claims made is strictly limited to one claim per person, and can take up to 28 days to process as per the standard terms and conditions
12. Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery.
13. This offer does not affect your statutory rights.

Due to the nature, flexibility and personalisation of the training tools provided during the New Muscle Bulk Up Challenge 2012, and that the advice provided whilst supplied by experts is intended as a guide and may not be suitable for everyone, Maxinutrition Ltd is therefore exempt from any responsibility, cost or recourse as a result of you sustaining an injury during the Challenge. If you are in any doubt as to you fitness or ability to complete the Challenge, or are unsure about any part of it, then please consult a trained expert or ideally a doctor before commencing your training plan.
16. Maxinutrition Ltd reserves the right to refuse to honour any part of this offer or any refund if in its opinion it considers that the money back guarantee or any of its Terms and Conditions has been abused in any way.
