if i could sum up this product in one word it would be "wow". i have been using as directed and im now on day 3 of using this product and i have noticed my lean muscle mass has increased. it is so easy to use i take it morning after breakfast and again in the evening. my clothes are also alot tighter especially my t-shirts. i recommend this product.
