Again, great when used in conjunction with a low fat low carb diet. combine with CLA etc, and use with promax diet. keep up the cardio and stay away from sat fats! Really is part of the 'lean kit'. using on their own without cardio or diet is pointless! amazing when used correctly!

I've tried many fish oil/omega products over the years and can safely say this is the best. I notice if I don't take it. I think it helps to keep the weight off, and the joints etc well lubricated. It's not the cheapest, but I think you get what you pay for and I wouldn't dream of buying anything else.

I use this product four times a day everyday one with breakfast and two at lunch time and the other 10 mins before dinner. I have def notice a change in my hungry but now it is just to me not to pick at food but i have gone from 20st to 18st in about 8 weeks but i have lost inchs by going from a 42 waist to a 38/36 waist. You need to reg work out but it becomes 2nd nature in the end. I have been getting this in the weight loss bundle so combining with Promax Diet, Thermobol & CLA - 1000 really works

Good product that provides you with "healthy" fats taht you need when trying to lose fat but keep your muscle. Need to be use with a good diet though, they won't work on their own !!!
