Use the products as instructed on the label for 30 days, in conjunction with a sensible training regime and high protein diet. In the unlikely event you do not feel they offered any benefit, just send the products back within 40 days for a no-hassle money back guarantee.
Refunds on powdered products will be offered on a pro-rata basis to reflect the used product.
If after the first few (1-3) scoops you do not like the way the products taste or mixes, you can also return them for a full refund or an exchange.
Note: p&p of £5 will be deducted from refunds.

Guarantee terms and conditions - when purchasing direct from Maximuscle:
- If you take advantage of any offers on the same product, all tubs/bottles/bars will need to be returned for a refund to be made. Please ensure that tamper evident seals on unused products are not broken (other than the one tried) as only the sealed products can be refunded in full.
- If you take advantage of any stack or discount and return part of the offer, you will be refunded according to the discount that was applied to the offer.
- Refunds can only be honoured if ordered through our mail order department or through the maximuscle.com website. Maximuscle stockists are not obliged to offer the same service.
- Refunds and exchanges can only be given for products received by us within 40 days from receipt of order and only if we have the packaging and any remaining content returned to us. However, exchanges will not be further exchanged or refunded. Products that are out of date will not be refunded.
- We cannot be held responsible for lost returns, caused by your choice of carrier. We therefore recommend you send your goods back via a recorded, special or proof of delivery service.
- Postage and packing costs are not refundable.
- Please note: sports nutrition products only work when taken in conjunction with a weekly training routine.
Claims
- Maximuscle always aim to use the most reliable freight service. Maximuscle uses insured postal services and has systems in place to minimise damaged or lost goods.
- All orders are weighed before leaving to ensure the correct order has been packed.
- All missing item claims will be verified against this. Any missing or damaged items are investigated fully and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
