I have used this product for a number of years now, I take about 30-40 mins before a session and I have been very impressed by the results. It vastly improves my energy and has improved my strength by about 10% since I started to take it. I have found my recovery time has also reduced since I started taking it, does taste too bad either overall I recommend this product to anyone.
