Wales have won the 6 Nations and its predecessors 24 times outright. The Welsh team will be looking to make it their third grand slam in 7 years, when they begin their 2012 6 Nations campaign. What does your weekly training programme consist of?
Typical 4-day week leading into a Saturday Game, train Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday is rest Day, Thursday train, Friday is team run and Game Saturday, Sunday is rest day
