What training program do you follow?
4 times per week – Mixed Martial Arts
- Boxing
- Grappling
- Mai Thai
Cardio/Weights - 2/3 times per week
- 1 hour interval training – cross trainer/treadmill
- 40 min all over body blast –(every body part)
- 3 x 12/15 reps
Lifting as heavy on each set and completing each set even if it means lightening the weight.

- Eat small meals every 3 hours
- 500 cals including 30g protein with each meal
- Wholemeal/Wholegrain food - Brown rice, bread, pasta, cereals – Weetabix etc
- Fruit Smoothes - made with Promax
If training for a fight or photoshoot – I stop eating carbs at around 5.30pm
