Lawrence Okoye is a young discus thrower from Croydon who currently holds the British record and he also holds the longest throw by a teenager in the history of the sport.
Size and Strength Plans:
Last year he turned down a promising rugby career and a place at Oxford University to focus on his sport. Even though Lawrence is 6ft 5in and weighs almost 20 stone he can still run the 100 metres in under 11 seconds.
Lawrence has aspirations to win an Olympic medal in his home city in 2012.
