Frequently asked questions about the Cyclone Challenge

Should I use Cyclone only on
the days that I work out?

No, you should use Cyclone on your recovery days too. After a tough workout, it can take several days for your muscles to recover fully, as your body is busy repairing the damage that you caused during your workout. You need to feed your body extra support and performance nutrients on both training and recovery days.

How much protein do I need?

For best results, you'll need at least 2 grams of protein per kilogram of bodyweight per day. To work out how much protein you need, take your weight (in kilograms) and double it. So, a 70kg male would aim for a minimum of 140g of protein per day. Keep in mind that this is the minimum amount you should aim for each day and some people see even better results will slightly more protein.

What if I miss a serving of Cyclone?
Should I take 3 servings the next day?

No. If you miss a serving, just take the regular two servings the following day. However, please remember that Cyclone provides a precise blend of active ingredients and will deliver optimum results only when you take two servings each day.

and spend most of the day "on the go" in the car...
I won't have time to take 2 servings of Cyclone every day. What should I do?

Even if you're busy, you can still take 2 servings of Cyclone each day. It just takes a little planning. Every night before you go to bed, put a serving of Cyclone inside one of those small plastic "sandwich" bags. Then, put another serving inside a second sandwich bag. Put both sandwich bags inside your shaker, and put the shaker, along with a water bottle, in your car. Then, all you need to do is empty the contents of the sandwich bag into the shaker, add the water, shake and drink. Preparing everything you need the night before will greatly increase your chances of success.
