I take this shortly atfter breakfast, and then i like to have my second one shortly before i workout as i feel it gives me an instant boost, plus i have noticed that there has been an increase in the size of my muscles. Its also quite tasty, first time i tried it, i didn't like the taste as i wasn't used to the flavour, but i think it tastes quite nice now

This product is easy to use, it mixes instantly in the maxi shaker.It tastes good, which is a bonus as a lot of other products from other companies taste awful. I really cannot think of any negatives for this product.

Easy to use and taste ok... Can be confusing of when to take if you go to gym on that day or not. Ifnot it does what is say on the tin but dont expect miracle if you cant lift your bum from the sofa!

i use this product before and after workout and it really does help me push 10-15% more than normal. i have read that it is best to cycle creatine so i go on it for 8 weeks then off 4 weeks and i find this works well

This is great - tastes fine, but a little fizzy, easy to mix and get down, and also gives me loads of energy!I normally take 1 scoop when I get up, and another before a workout.The biggest problem is price, but if you are willing to pay for it - it worked for me!

I have used other products in the range for weight loss. i thought it was time to build muscle after reading the product information thought it might be a good idea to use this product. i did as the instructions said. i found it easy to mix and the taste was good even mixed with water. the gains i made were very quick, example 75kg chest press one month later 95kg i feel so much stronger

Loading four times a day for a week with one scoop, then before and after workouts following this period really piled on the muscle bulk. Have had no side effects and easy to take. Took Whey protein every morning aswell and this has really shown. When people start recognising it, even my mate who's a personal trainer the hard work is all worth it.

I have been using this for two to three months now, from the beginning of January to the end of January, many of my friends wherever I would go would notice a difference in my size, I have usually been the person to think this stuff is a waste of money but I can easily say that Creatamax extreme is the best thing I have taken so far. the greatest thing about it is that it actually works!! its a nice tasting drink, helps strengthen your muscles and it has the right stuff to help you recover in time for your next session. I would recommend Creatamax extreme to anybody looking to build in size!

During my loading phase i found the product made my muscles rock solid and bigger. Unfortunately my body didn't respond well to the product whilst loading and after the first day I vomited during the night. Still use this product before my workouts and gives me a great pump.
