As someone that is trying to lose weight, CLA helps aid my goals. You have to take it 4 times a day, although since it is a potent dose, that's probably a good thing to spread it out over a day, so it's just a case of making sure you carry it with you to work etc. I use a pill box to make it easier. Taking CLA on it's own won't help shed loads of weight, you still need to exercise. I combine it with Thermobol and EFA.

I cant conclusively say that they worked because I took them in conjunction with promax diet and thermobol. But they were a good little suppliment. I did try and take 5 caps a day but i did struggle at remembering. To conclude, Yes they are a great little product and i would recommend them but im not sure what the difference between these and maxi-efa is . . .

I have found that with taking Promax Diet, Thermobol and CLA 1000 I have lost weight currently a stone and a half in a matter of two months with some exercise and less calories in my diet, I would say I didn't really hit the gym all that hard and my diet was varied and not lacking of treats, if I had worked out regularly and maybe a bit longer and watched my diet better I would have lost more weight in the same time scale but I am certain that these products really did help me towards my goal.

I use CLA-1000 along side with Thermobol, each on their own are effective, however using both together makes the results you want appear quicker. That's not to say it is a quick fix, you have to train hard still, but similarly to the Thermobol it gives you that extra surge of energy you may be lacking in the morning before a gym session. If used correctly, alongside Thermobol and your protein your body fat melts off and your muscles look more cut than before.
