Body of 2009 Entry Form
If you want to enter our Body Of 2009 competition and stand the chance of appearing on our front cover and winning up to £6,000 – here's what we need:
1. A story about you
Tell us how you've been able to change your body and improve your sporting performance. We want to know how you did it, from the training routine you followed right through to the sports nutrition products you used. Entries without a story will not be considered!
2. Your picture
Our judges will also need to see a picture of you, so we can share with other Maximuscle customers how great you look now! Entries without a photograph will not be considered. Here are some tips for your photographs to give you a better chance of being shortlisted:
- Upload three colour photographs of yourself: face, head and torso (shirt off) and one full length
- We'd prefer if you didn't submit photographs that have been professionally taken but do ensure that your photographs are of a high quality. Poor quality mobile phone pictures will not do you justice
- If you have 'before' pictures, please also include these to show your full transformation
3. Your consent
By entering our 2009 competition, you are giving us your consent for your image to be featured in adverts, catalogues and brochures distributed across the UK, and on the Internet.

Terms & Conditions:
- This Competition is open to all UK, Isle of Man, and Channel Island residents, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Maximuscle Ltd, and their associated companies, their families, agents and anyone involved in the administration of the Promotion.
- The Competition will close at midnight BST on Friday 28th August 2009.
- Applicants will be shortlisted for each category and invited to attend a photo shoot. Short-listed entrants will be notified by Friday 11th September 2009 and will need to be available for a photo shoot in the last 2 weeks of September.
- Clicking on the 'upload' button will automatically enter you for the competition. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Only one entry per household.
- By entering our Body of 2009 competition, you are giving us your consent for your image to be featured in adverts, catalogues and brochures distributed across the UK, and on the Internet.
- By entering our Body of 2009 competition you will be giving an undertaking that you are not taking any steroids or stimulants that could cause a positive test should you be tested, therefore causing negative PR to yourself and Maximuscle.
- If the winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept the prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
- Each category champion will win £2,500 in cash and will go head to head with the other 2 category champions to win an additional £3,500 in cash and become Maximuscle's Body of 2009.
- The overall winner will win £6,000 in cash and feature in January 2010 catalogue. There will be additional prizes of free Maximuscle products and sports vouchers. The additional prizes may be subject to change.
- The prize is not transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.
- Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by its negligence and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond the Promoter's control and for any act or default of any travel company, airline, hotel or any other third party supplier.
- The terms and conditions of any third party supplier may apply to the prize as indicated.
- Runners up and other short-listed candidates will also feature in the Maximuscle catalogue and website.
- Short-listed entrants will be asked to complete an agreement and disclosure form for Maximuscle.
- Maximuscle reserve the right to withdraw entry on the basis that false information has been provided.
- The Judges' decision is final.
- Maximuscle are not responsible for any personal problems arising from the use of entrants' stories and photographs within the media outlined above.
- The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
- Details of the Prizewinners' names and counties will be available for one month after the draw by writing to the Promoter (see address below).
- The name, county and photograph of the winners may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes.
- We regret that photographs cannot be returned
